We make an earnest attempt to process all orders and ship them out to you in a timely manner. All packages and products are packed and shipped Monday through Friday within 3 business days following the day of the order. Please note that once your order is confirmed, we cannot alter or change anything about it, please ensure your order is 100% correct before confirming the order and paying.
Although most orders are processed and shipped within 24 working hours, many of our orders contain e-liquid purchases. Our E-liquid is hand crafted to order for superior flavor and freshness. We process items on a first-come, first-served basis, so many large liquid orders during the day can slow down our packing times. Rest assured, we work overtime to make sure that the wait is minimal, and the e-liquid is well worth it.
We ship using standard USPS First Class to anywhere in the United States of America. Packages weighing more than 13oz will be shipped via USPS priority. The shipping cost is calculated by total package weight.
USPS does not accept package instructions; the package will be delivered wherever your normal mailbox, or where your mail is placed. You may not request the package to be left anywhere else. For example "If no one is home leave under front matt." is not something the USPS does like UPS or Fedex - please do not request such things in your order, they will not be honored.
Due to excessive amounts of online credit card fraud, we are no longer accepting international orders. We will also not ship products to any international re shippers or forwarding services.
Our shipping terms for all orders are FOB Origin: We will not be held responsible for any goods once they are shipped and leave our premises. We will supply delivery confirmation on all orders in the USA and most international orders to track packages. In the unlikely event a package is lost, we will do our best to help a customer retrieve it. However, it is important to understand that you, the buyer, will take responsibility for any and all goods, purchases, or merchandise once they leave our location. In case of loss or damages, we highly recommend you purchase the USPS insurance upgrade to protect your order. In short - if the mail carriers lose your package or someone steals it from your mailbox - If you have not purchased shipping insurance, it is your responsibility to replace the product.
