RETURN POLICY

It is our sincere goal to you to supply you with the best possible products and services with the best prices available. Please read over our return policy carefully before placing your order, as this policy will govern the terms of your purchase should a return be requested.  You may not alter any terms of this policy after placing your order.

iVape's Return Policies are as follow: 

1. (Due to the personal nature of iVape products):  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

2. YOU MUST CONTACT IVAPE.NET IN ORDER TO RETURN ITEMS, AND THEY MUST BE ACCEPTED WITH AN RMA. 

3. NON-APPROVED AND UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

4. DEFECTIVE HARDWARE & NON CONSUMABLE MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WARRANTY INFORMATION LISTED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE.

5. UPON RETURN OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE - WE WILL REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE ITEM WITH AN EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME MODEL.

6. SHOULD ANY ITEM BE INSPECTED, AND IT IS NOT DEFECTIVE, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED AND THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.

7. SHOULD AN ITEM BE INSPECTED, DEEMED DEFECTIVE, AND WE ARE NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.

8. SHIPPING CHARGES REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  ANY RETURN SHIPPING TO OUR COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT OR INSPECTION WILL BE AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE.  

9. WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS HARDWARE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE. ALL LIQUIDS, DISPOSABLE, USABLE OR CONSUMABLE MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS-IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESS NOR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES ANY MOUTHPIECES, ATOMIZERS, CARTOMIZERS, TANKS, COIL REPLACEMENTS, OR ANY PRODUCT DESIGNED FOR FINITE USE.

10. RMA RETURNS MUST BE POST MARKED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF AN RMA BEING ISSUED, DO NOT DELAY, IF YOUR RMA EXPIRES YOUR RETURN WILL BE CANCELED.

11. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR USER ERROR, CONFUSION, BUYER'S REMORSE, INCOMPATIBILITY, OR PERSONAL PREFERENCE, OR SIMPLY NOT LIKING THE ITEM YOU'VE CHOSEN.

12. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT, PROCESS, OR REPLACE ANY RETURN OF A PHYSICALLY DAMAGED ITEM, OR ITEM DAMAGED BY USER ERROR OR INCOMPETENCE.

12. RETURNS MAY ONLY BE AUTHORIZED FOR MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT WITHIN THE POLICY TIME LISTED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE.

13. YOU MAY NOT, AT ANY TIME, ALTER THE TERMS TO THIS POLICY AFTER PURCHASE, AND YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS, SUPERSEDING ALL OTHER PURCHASE TERMS OR CONTRACTS THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO YOUR BUSINESS WITH OUR COMPANY, MERCHANT SERVICE, OR YOUR CREDIT CARD-HOLDER AGREEMENT.

Returns Process:

To receive an RMA number you must create a request for rma using the help desk.  An authorized representative will then issue the RMA Number and return information.  Your RMA number must be placed on the package before returning it, or the package will be rejected and returned to you.

Do not send packages back to the address you received them from, they will be refused. Please note the buyer is responsible for all return postage on authorized RMA as well as refused or rejected returns. By purchasing from our site you agree that if a return is necessary you will return the package for inspection at your own expense without exception.

You may at no time alter the terms of this policy.  By purchasing from our company, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions of sale.
