iVape.net Shipping Policy

We make an earnest attempt to process all orders and ship them out to you in a timely manner.  All packages and products are packed and shipped Monday through Friday within 3 business days following the day of the order.
Why does it take up to 3 days?
Most of our orders contain e-liquid purchases.  Our E-liquid is hand crafted to order for superior flavor and freshness.  We process items on a first-come, first-served basis, so many large liquid orders during the day can slow down our packing times.  Rest assured, we work overtime to make sure that the wait is minimal, and the e-liquid is well worth it.
We ship using standard USPS First Class to anywhere in the United States of America. USPS Priority upgrades are currently available on the site as a purchase option that you can add to the cart, The upgrade item you choose must be added to cart in order to receive shipping upgrades.
We do not accept international orders: We are working on this and are considering opening up International shipping options soon. Until such time, any orders we receive from outside of the USA we will cancel and refund.  Misuse of this system in placing international orders will result in warning, and further incidents will result in a permanent ban from our site.
Our shipping is calculated at the following rates:
  • $3.45 flat rate shipping for all orders under $25.00 total purchase price before tax and shipping
  • For for orders totaling $25.01-$64.99 - shipping rates are 11% of the total order price before tax and shipping.
  • Free shipping on all orders over $65.00 before tax.
Our shipping terms for all orders are FOB Origin: We will not be held responsible for any goods once they are shipped and leave our premises.  We will supply delivery confirmation on all orders to track packages and in the unlikely event a package is lost, we will do our best to help a customer retrieve it.  However with our FOB terms, it is important to understand that you, the buyer, will take responsibility for any and all goods, purchases, or merchandise once they leave our location.  In case of loss or damages, we highly recommend you purchase the USPS insurance upgrade to protect your order.
